Covering approximately 71% of the earth’s surface, the ocean is an essential part of the global ecosystem and continued life on earth. But as the population of the world has grown and industry has prospered, its health has been facing greater challenges with each passing year. From oil spills to garbage patches to overfishing, the impact of human activity on the ocean cannot be understated. This committee has been tasked with addressing this situation. What solutions will be proposed to tackle a problem of this scale?
