If paying online, we charge a 2.9% plus $0.30 surcharge
Fees
Registration payments may be made by check or through our website, using Stripe. With Stripe, delegations are able to pay directly by entering credit card information securely as &MUN does not see your credit card information. There is a 2.9% + 30 cents card charge via Stripe (numbers have been calculated below). Furthermore, you do not have to set up a Stripe account to be able to make these payments. This payment method can be accessed through the registration portal on the &MUN website, www.andmun.org. More information about Stripe: https://stripe.com/.
Financial Terms and Conditions
Delegations must pay all conference fees by March 14, 2024. Schools which register after this deadline in late registration must pay all fees by April 11, 2024. If a delegation fails to pay their total conference fees, then they will be restricted from participating in this conference. School fee refunds are made at the discretion of the International Relations Club at William & Mary.
Dropped Delegates
All delegations have until February 23rd, 2024 to update their number of delegates attending. The &MUN Secretariat must be notified by March 1, 2024 of any dropped delegates in order to receive a refund of delegate fees for dropped delegates. No fees will be refunded for dropped delegates after the March 1, 2024 deadline. If schools drop delegates after this deadline and have not paid any delegate fees so far, they are still required to pay for these individuals.
If an entire delegation drops before March 1, 2024, they will be refunded only half of the already paid delegate fees. If the delegation drops after March 1, 2024, no refund will be given. If a school has not paid any fees and has dropped after March 1, 2024, they are expected to pay the Installment Payment.
If &MUN is cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic, registered schools will receive a 100% refund of all fees paid. &MUN will also provide a 100% refund to individual delegations should they be forced to drop from the conference due to COVID-19, as long as written proof of inability to travel to the conference is provided.

If you choose not to pay via Stripe, you may also send a check. All checks should be sent to the following address via regular USPS or USPS Priority. Please do not use UPS or FedEx.
