Transportation and parking

Note: &MUN XII highly encourages delegations to drive to the conference. &MUN will provide limited transportation to committee for those staying in the hotel block at the Woodlands. If a delegation drives to the conference, we ask you please drive to committee sessions to ensure efficient transportation for those without vehicles. Parking recommendations are below

Parking for thursday, April 11

Delegations may park at the Woodlands Hotel for opening ceremonies. Regarding committee, William & Mary parking enforcement rarely/never checks parking passes on campus after 5PM on weekdays, however, passes are still technically required on Thursday night. Parking in the surrounding Williamsburg community can be found along Richmond Road, Prince George St, Scotland St, and at the Prince George Street Garage (230 N Henry St).

Parking for Friday, april 12

&MUN van transportation will be limited this day due to university constraints. William & Mary allows parking on campus without a pass after 5 PM and throughout the weekend. Delegations are encouraged to find parking for the first committee session in the Williamsburg community on Richmond Road, Prince George St, Scotland St, and at the Prince George Street Garage (230 N Henry St). After 5PM, delegations may park on campus

Parking for Saturday, april 13 and sunday, april 14

Delegations may park on campus both weekend days, and at the Woodlands Hotel for closing ceremonies
